Obama mentions his Father in his closing statement of the first presidential debate. Obama can NOT POSSIBLY be a "natural born citizen" of the U. S. because his father, Barack Hussein Obama Senior, was a Citizen of UK and/or Kenya. Case closed.

  • ORDERS IN PENDING CASES

    08A469

WROTNOWSKI, CORT V. BYSIEWICZ, CT SEC. OF STATE

The application for stay and/or injunction addressed

to Justice Scalia and referred to the Court is denied.

  • It just means the SCOTUS isn't going to stay the electoral college vote just to hear the case. It doesn't mean the case is 'dead' or invalid.

  • @flipgood89 Actually you are for hitting on a year old comment. Congrats.

Fact still is he's ineligible due to NBC status.

  • @DABIGRAGU1 ...lol, what an uneducated dolt you are..

  • Im confused. My sons mother is from another country, and but im american and hes born here. Hes my kid, you guys dont think hes an american citizen?

  • Yep, there you have it. For that reason alone Obama cannot be a natural born citizen.

  • With all due respect, I don't need this Apuzzo guy to interpret things for me. He uses a lot of words to explain (more like twist) something I don't feel is that complicated.

I *know* that there is no clear definition of Natural Born Citizen as it appears in Article II Sect 1.

Based on the fact that there is no definition, you're right... Facts ARE facts.

My opinion on the matter is just as valid as yours is.

    Take it easy.

  • @arrrogantlyignorant

Article II, sec. 1, cl. 5 and in Articles I, III, and IV of the Constitution.

    Look them ALL up.

  • @arrrogantlyignorant

You may not "buy it" that's your prerogative.

It's a fact, read the Constitution. I've given you the Article, sections

You just don't want to face the facts.

Go to Mario Apuzzo's site I sent you, it explains it very well. You're being brainwashed, bud.

At first the obots raged "he was born here" when they found it didn't matter because his father was not a U.S. Citizen now they rage "it doesn't matter" Facts are facts bud.

    See ya around.

  • Article II Sec 1 gives only 2 choices:

"....Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution...."

(which the Founders used to grandfather themselves in)

    OR

"Natural Born Citizen" (which I interpret to mean - "hereafter born in the United States")

There is no "third type of citizenship" mentioned.
