brilliant show. one of the best installation art exhibits i've seen this year. really appreciate the effort it took to put this show together. attention to detail is pretty amazing. burnt-out, dreamlike, and trippy all at once.
my favorite "room" was the large one with the 2 shades of peeling blue paint also liked the way holes were smashed into the walls to create openings to pass thru.reminded me of the piers that used to exist in ny's west village only no one was selling crack or having sex
just a thought.......now is the best time to over-produce or make huge paintings or go gratuitous all the way.......collectors are being cautious, NOT artists. this is the perfect time to throw out the most ambitious and absurd you can, to indulge yourself.....not the collectors, dealers and assorted jerks. the only thing being 'cleansed' are bank accounts.
Thanks Wow. Sounds good to me. I'm moving forward. Best wishes with your show. From your comments I've read - you got the right stuff. Would love to see your work and wondering how to do that?
