This is BY FAR the EASIEST way to get to the top of the Central spire in the Imperial City.
NO PAINT BRUSHES REQUIRED!!!!
I HIGHLY reccomend that you download these mods, they are AMAZING!!! my hat off to the creators. These mods add WEEKS of additional play time to Oblivion if not more.

Ok apparently the link for the dragon doesnt work, sooo, to find the mod just go to google and search "Akatosh Mount v1.8", and that should bring up the mod.

and when your on the top of the spire, a man comes to you when you suddenly here the davohkin song, you ask who he is, before you can finish your sentence he screams; FUS RO DAH!

@lolzi100 No its a mod, he took the dragon model from the end fo the sotryline and animated it with diffrent physic defining functions and bam you got dragonz,
