  • Swedish sounds like a mixture of German and French.

  • Nick is the best defensemen ever to play the game . Detroit is so lucky to have had such a great person play here for so long TY Mr. Lidstrom for all the memories. We love ya man

  • @packershaddo the reporter askes him what keeps him going after all thes years.

And he aswers: its a lifestile. Its hard to play in nhl. We practice every day, You can´t take a day of. But i likes that lifestile and it´s my job. And i think its the best job you kan get.

Then the reporter askes him if he could take some of his experience back to sweden and maby coatch a team here. And he aswers: i would like to coatch my son and his team.

  • so many talents.... <3

  • @packershaddo I think he says "so that'll take some" but i'm not sure

  • @packershaddo brief translation, Q: what pushes you to keep going?

A: he likes the lifestyle, where you always have to be prepared and work hard and you cant really slack off, answering the next question he says he might do some coaching later on, maybe kids

  • does he talk english at :25?

  • can someone translate this for me?

  • It's so cool to hear Nick speak Swedish 'cause every time I've heard him speak, it's been in english, and hearing his accent, you'd never think he was swedish. Cool to see the other side...

  • Well that might be the case if what it centered on just the fact that he's speaking Swedish.

When you see an interview of someone speaking English they don't say "[insert name] speaking English," unless for some reason people would want to see it just on that alone.
