So why is it OK for men to show themselves?

Good question. Why is it ok for men to show themselves in most standards of modesty practiced around the world? Men show their chests, for example, when it's illegal for women to do the same. In my college town, during a riot after a football game, a woman was caught on tape flashing her boobs. She must've been flatter than my brother. Really. She got kicked out of the college and fined by the city. Meanwhile, guys were jumping around, topless, some with bigger boobs than hers.

Im sure you think that western society is corrupt because women dress provocatively, but look at the asian societies like Japan, where the women where whatever they want and definately dont cover.They have lower crime rates than most muslim societies! Men and women in Japan respect each other not for what they wear or dont wear but because they have discipline and high morals. If you veil a Japanese women, she will kick your ass, and the Japanese man will help her because he respects her!!!!!!!!

adam and even were naked because they were innocent and lived in the light. In all of its beauty. In their nakedness, they were pleasing to God! Just like a flower not hiding its beauty because God made it beautiful. You wear a a veil in the name of modesty because its a corrupt society but then by wearing the veil you never cause man to rise above his instincts like an animal looking at raw meat. You are reinforcing that man is a beast and you are a piece of meat if you dont wear the veil.

Maybe we should stop trying to make men and women the same. we are not the same. a man cant have a baby. a man is naturally stronger. there are differences. and these differences affect our life.
