  • Shan State is saturated in Myanmar (Burma) in Southeast Asia. This Shan thaing(one of martial arts of Myanmar ( Burma ), is not come from Chinese , Shaolin Monestry. It is not Kungfu. Myanmar had many styles of its original fighting techniques 4500 years ago. You should learn this descending history, I think. You tell its origin in merely guessing.

  • @mymytomymy You are way off. Shan State is only located in Burma. Check a map right now and you will see there is no place in China or Lao called Shan State. Shan people do live in about five countries. But there is only one Shan State. Next off, the Shan Lai Tai is quite obviously Kung Fu,. Since it is only practiced by Shan people, it is clearly Shan and not Burmese. If you have any historical references to share with me, please send them. Until then, you should spen your time researching.
