Back in '76 I saw Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue where Ronno was introduced as 'The Man Who Invented David Bowie'.

@frank02111 I do too but Mick passed away before the album was released. That is Mick's voice though at the beginning saying How Does It Feel.
