Lol. I discovered that a few minutes after sending the email. I look forward to working on the second phase soon. I like the piece in that it's like a tool box loaded with techniques - very cool. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot...at last a slow and practical progression which is ideal for the learner. You're a great and patient teacher. Cheers

Brilliant - Thanks!

Very nice! Slow and detailed. If only all video lessons took the time to show this detail. Good pace and easy to follow. Nice work!

Hello,
I have been practicing this tune for some time now. Are u supposed to hammer on the first fret of the B string, not the G string in the second bar? This is what the tab is showing me and I cannot figure it out by ear...
nicecoolbuddy 3 years ago
What I'm gonna say first is, just follow exactly what I say in this vid and you should be fine...but to try to answer your question, I think you're refferring to the end/beginning of each phrase, in which you hammer on to the G string on the SECOND fret. Otherwise, you're always hammering on the B string if it's the first fret.
I hope I understood you right, and answered clearly enough. If not, send me a private message.

'Much nicer to learn by video then by tablature, in my opinion'
Damn Right! - I dunno if this is the type of music your into but i advise you and anyone else into this type of stuff to try out Helisell's Classical Gas Videos. Its easy to learn and a great tune. And im not promoting his vids, honestly, just merely advising you to try this out as it has the same familiar struming techniques. Check out my profile and look at favourites if you can't find it on search. Thanks for putting this up! :D

lol I've already tried learning Classical Gas, I haven't practiced it in a few weeks...but I also have already looked up Helisell's videos, and while he does do an EXCELLENT job, I'm afraid he's not always 100% accurate. He's definately a good start, but if you want to get it "Perfect"(which I do) you have to listen to the song and constantly check lol.
One day, I'll post a vid of me playing Classical Gas.
Thanks though!
