since u missed the point about objectivity + profssnalism, i suspect u'd fail at understanding that analogy as well
nevertheless, it behooves the airport management to discipline to make sure that vernaculars, accents,and attitude has no place in their work place; now utube word limit, u got lucky

@opeeum69 What? no. Managing a big airport like Kennedy with a really heavy amount of traffic is a very stressing task, you have no idea until you've tried to do it.
It's normal to sometimes, see atc slightly hot headed, not that he's an ass. simply because it's a stressing job.
In my opinion he handled it off just fine.
You should be worried that there are pilots in this world that can't understand what controllers tell them instead of worrying that the controller is an ass.
