Rare Resident Evil 0 N64 video

This is a very rare video of the never released/finished Nintendo 64 version of Resident Evil 0 that was ported over to the more powerful Gamecube later in development.

The N64 version actually looks pretty good considering the many limitations of the N64 hardware.

The graphics on here look better than any Resident Evil game on the PS1. However, the N64's limited cartridge space would have meant that they would have had to use a 512 megabit cartridge which would have been rather expensive and the voice acting and FMV's would have had it's quality reduced in order to preserve memory, so remaking the on GameCube was a much smarter choice.
