The story revolves around four real estate salesmen who become desperate when a tough representative is sent by the head office to motivate them. He announces that, in one week, all except the top two salesmen will be fired.

Great performances from Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Ed Harris and an incredible ten minute performance from Alec Baldwin.

It's a lead...just like in fishing...salesmen need leads and hope there's a nice fish at the other end.

So then they work on leads and see if they can reel in a good sucker, a fat whale or just an old boot ;-)
