Saw this ad from Ford running during PTI today. It seems like a pretty strong attack on their U.S. competitors for receiving bailout funds.

Ford didnt take any official TARP bailout money. Before the economy went into the dumps Ford foresaw that things were not going to be to pretty so they took out a huge loan at a time when there was no better time to do so. Did Ford take money to protect the future yes, did Ford take tax payer money squeezed from the American people through TARP, no. Thats what you need to know. The process that Ford went through was known about & completely legal, was the bailouts of chrysler & gm legal, no.

Except for the $16 BILLION they took in 'emergency' loans from the Federal Reserve, right (do your research)? So this video is a lie. But they'll say that it wasn't Ford who was saying it, it was just a misinformed customer, so it's not a lie, right?
