  • Great advice. Too much training seems to focus on breaking people down to a point where they are only hurting themselves. I always try to tell people that I advise that your goal should simply be to push yourself a little further each time you work out.

  • What I like about Rooney: superb training, superb ideas, superb ability, and all superbly wrapped in a down-to-earth and enthusiastic package. He's like a cousin of mine I used to love to see at thnaksgiving dinner, because he would always be brimming with strength and conditioning techniques we'd try out after dinner.
