So the Dream Act would be illegal.

stop and think really hard on what the Dream Act will do if we let illegal immigrants get free financial aid from the government. I pay everything for my schooling out of my own pocket and I get no financial aid but you don't see me complaining.

Sorry no FREE financial aid from gov. Passing the dream act will finally allow them to pay all taxes. Right now, they are forbidden to bc itll give away their status. Millions of them will finally buy houses that theyve been wanting to (but couldnt), buy cars which they couldnt w/o a license, etc. Btw, remember, dream act only applies to children who was BROUGHT here w/o their intentions, They could b 3 & have 'commited a crime' @ that age. i belive they deserve freedom unlike the real criminals

If you ask me, the government is prolonging any type of reform because they're in no hurry to eliminate this surplus.

I'm illegal. I start college in the Fall. Hopefully Obama passes the DREAM Act so I can actually benefit from a college degree.

We don't contribute? Last time I checked we illegal immigrants pay into the tax, social security and Medicaid systems without being able to retrieve any of that money or benefits. The government actually makes a substantial profit on each illegal who comes here. This has resulted in a surplus in social security funds of more than $50 billion a year just from payments applied to fictional social security numbers.

I was brought here by my parents when I was only a toddler. I am illiterate in my supposed native language. I am and feel as american as any other because of how hard i have had to work in life. I amintaned a 4.0 in highschool and graduated with 28 credits.

I am in college and maintaining a 4.0 average. And as if things aren't hard enough i'm epileptic and have to pay for collge completley out of pocket. Please support the deam act. What have I done wrong to deserve no rights other then being born.

And after college if this dream act passes... i want to start a company after college with friends of mine. Make this country the shining beaon it's suppose to be.
