This is a great video reminding us that not all of the Makah were happy about whaling. Also, that the Makah were interested in the commercialization of whaling - not traditional subsistence whaling which still happens in Alaska and is tightly regulated.
It's good to see that Sea Shepherd was on the front line in the United States confronting U.S.-based whaling! This important document reaffirms that whale protection is a global issue which we, as global citizens, should ALL be confronting!
