When you're not being conservative you sound much better.... Be bold, belt it. The reason why Amy Lee and Christina Aguilera have the sound they do is because they just belt it out and control the volume with a knob... obviously a lot harder to do with a webcam/kinda shitty video camera... definitely on the right path though.
