1984 Michael Jackson Hotline commercial

Package of a few "976-number" ads from The Megaphone Co. Besides the Michael Jackson Hotline they had ones that kept you up-to-date on General Hospital and All My Children, plus Sidney Omarr's horoscope with a different phone number for each sign. Note that they don't mention the cost of these calls very prominently- after kids ran up hundreds of dollars on phone bills calling numbers like these, these commercials had to say "Kids under 18, get your parents' permission before calling!"

And yes, I'm tempted to pick up and call the Michael Jackson number right now (note the date I'm posting this.)
