thank you so much for posting this video. I have been suffering from IBS for 5 years, but still don't cope very well. the hardest thing is that nobody understands the hell we have to go through every day, not even the doctors, and that there is no hope to cure this condition completely. we can only moderate our symptoms by making huge sacrifices and there is still no guarantee that it will get any better. wish you all the best!

Have you found that on your diet and supplement regimen you can work a normal job/lead a normal life?

@Radiatinggina .... it took me at least a year to figure out my diet and excatly what foods it was that was giving me attacks. During this year i struggled with jobs since one of the first reactions to intolerant foods is fatigue. It's hard to do your job when you're suddenly slammed with sleepiness, pain, or a migraine. Now after figuring everything out, my life has returned to normalcy and I am able to have a "normal" job again. It can be very hard but stick to it!!!
