Video of Trooper Charles Van Morgan, who on November 26, 2011, pursued a speeding driver Gordon Kyle Anito in North Knox County. The trooper did not stop after the driver crashed into a tree. Instead he waited six minutes before returning to the scene to render aid. Anito died in the crash. Anito's family is suing the trooper and the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

  • Didn't see the car until the third play of the video. Why do people think this is any fault of the officer?

  • and to the nephew "he would never let a man die" but he would let a boy die in a car and he wouldnt even attempt to put the fire out right

  • @finallyfreethinking No problem, sometimes it takes someone to mention it before you realize...

  • @unicursalhex Thanks for clearing that up for me. This from a fellow short bus rider?

The officer's statements makes this a more clear cut case in my opinion, but the video didn't really prove anything. Yes, he slowed down, but prove he knew anything from the video alone... Now, that said, after hearing that the officer used his fire extinguisher as a show for the public, my opinion has changed. The video didn't influence my decision as greatly as the ignorant statements captured on tape.

  • @finallyfreethinking You're a retard, clearly

  • He is going back to check because he MAY have been involved in a 10-45....why don't you say a 10-46 since you pasted him up and left him there to die!!!

  • @Caddo70 You're right. I guess a jury will decide.

  • @Caddo70 You are on fire... and so true, thank you for explaining the truth to the ignorant!!! :D

  • @Sevol1972 LOL MOST Citizens DONT have the skills to drive a car fast! That’s why we have so many accidents! It’s obvious you are someone with authority issues and thinks we should all be able to do what ever we want without consequence and live happily ever after. That’s simply not the case. MOST of the people living around you prefer law and order to anarchy. Now be a good troll and go occupy someplace without an internet connection... You're interrupting adults who are talking.

  • @Sevol1972 You are so painfully simple...Sigh... I have recieved 3 speeding tickets and a ticket for answering my cell phone since I started driving 30+ years ago. Each time the Lights went on I pulled the F--- OVER and acted like a human being to the person charged with enforcing the law. Like it or not we have laws and people to enforce those laws. You call me a Thug because I expect the person who ran from the Trooper to be held accountable for his/her actions...Pathetic Really.

  • @Sevol1972 You are a boil on the ass of humanity. It's obvious in your mind the idiot who ran is blameless and the officer is completly at fault. In MY mind the solution is simple. Make running from the police a capitol offense. You RUN... You GO TO JAIL...
