dam i hate it for marc both now and definitely in the future. as an American ex-con. as much as i hate to say it his pod sounds like heaven compared the jails in the states. at most of the jail I've been to we don't get any TV,. radio's sure as hell don't get p.s. systems vending machines or day light for that matter if you got six months before you get herd then you go six months with out sunlight 21 hours on lock 900 calories a day for food. most 2 man cells usually have3 or 4 in them

keep up man..maybe learn some stretching and relaxation yoga techniques while you're in there to center yourself.

Vitamin D is also made by the skin by indirect sunlight, if not behind glass, in the shade, when one doesn't use sun burn.
Food sounds terrible. However, in a Thai prison the food is like puke ... as I read in a book about a Dutch taxi driver.
