I know what you're going threw. I quit in '70. I worked on a tugboat then and had to go out for a week without cigs or tobacco. It took many times to quit but I did it and so can you. Stay strong and don't give up. EVER!

Dude i feel your pain. You can do it as i had a pretty bad drug habit and smoked cigs. The first two weeks is the worst and then it gets slowly better. I would say dont drink because thats when i wanted a smoke the worst. Good luck brother and if you relapse dont sweat it. Just keep tryin. Peace

Hang tough, this is probably going to be the hardest thing to do in your life. I know it would be for me. I tried and failed a few times. Don't be weak like me.
