Hanged Man version is arguably worse, IMO. I personally prefer the hanged man version, but the hanged man super and special aren't as good as the grab super for most situations.

i think it is 360º+AA [close]...
and i agree that Hanged Man is better too.
i have problems with the crazy "pipes" super, too bad enemy can cancel it just by hitting him.

I always have trouble with the 360 moves. I can never seem to pull them off (with the exception of CVS2's Zangief).
