I can't assess anyone's realization, but here's a relevant quote for you:

I have heard that Mooji (and his master Papaji) likely tasted falling away, but fell back into Oneness, and more often spoke from that "taste" of nirvana rather than from the continued unwavering experience of that. And that most advaita teachers giving satsang these days are in a similar situation. And that enlighenment, without rerooting, is really very rare still. Any comments? And yes, I do realise it is highly subjective.
