I think this would have been better if dubya actually liked the who. John Entwhistle was more than just a "steady anchor". He was the best damn bass player who ever lived. He is to the bass guitar as Hendrix was to the Fender strat.

I can tell you're one of those 9/11 "truthers," which is a self-administered shot to the foot, as far as I'm concerned. Why do you think my criticizing one side of an issue automatically means praising the other? You know what they say about assuming.
As well, this is about the members of The Who being given an honor by the president of the U.S. Take your "troofer" rage elsewhere, I don't want to waste my time.

There's so much crap on this page. Townshend and Daltrey, as well as Moon and Entwistle, are being honored by the commander-in-cheif of the United States. They worked their butts off all their lives, and should be proud. I don't like Obama, but it would have been the same honor coming from him, or HW Bush, Clinton, or Reagan for that matter.
