i really wish the kids on my drumline were this good, they all suck, like im the only one that knows and can play the easy ass show music. i really wish i went to one of these schools, especially flowermound cause i only live 45mins away.

@Blink182trio5 You do know that the top 5 lines in the high school ranks according to PASIC play match, right? Judges can care less about the sticking choices as long as they are CLEAN and WELL EXECUTED. Besides, match grip is universal for all percussion techniques. It's better to have an even number of muscles (7 on 7 matched as opposed to 7 on 4 traditional) to play cleaner, faster, stronger, and longer. Unless the drums are tilted, there's really no need for traditional grip.
yall ever heard of Oxford High School in Oxford, MS. look up their drumline then ull see a real drumline.
