Yea thanks so much for this video. I have been trying for freaking ever to get this achievment!! All my friends keep telling me to shoot them with the shot gun on the neck but it never works. I am so going to try this. I will let all know how it turns out! :D

To anyone wondering how to actually get this achievement: shooting them in the back will not earn you this achievement; and it's not snapping their neck for it. That's why it's called "Spinal Tap". YOU HAVE TO SNAP THEIR SPINE.

Works only when you have the shutgun? I tryed with other guns but no working.

i think its cause all the acheivement says in the game is to get them from behind with a single shot/blow. so its misleading as to what kind of shot or blow is needed, especially as it doesnt specify neck. but thanks
