Have you actually tried the workout or are you just sitting at your computer assuming that it's easy? I'm not Billy Blanks and I'm not trying to sell anything. Just sharing some training ideas with the MA community.
hi mate, u shud consider doing the conditioning round after the pwer round...you want all your energy for the power round and you want to be in a relatively fatigued state during the conditioning round so you have to work even harder.

Thanks for the advice; you make a good point. I've actually changed this workout several times since I made this tape. (I'm slowly improving)
But I really like your idea of gassing myself out early with the heavy work first then pushing through with conditioning.
