  • how did you learn maltese?

  • @devdog93 I learned the maltese by trying to pull out of a cross and just kind of fell into that position.

  • I am 5'5" and 115 lbs. sorry for not replying much. Just got back from China and Youtube is blocked there!!

  • damn, its been a long time since I looked at this video but I can see a lot of shit with the false grip. To be honest, a lot of top level gymnasts have told me that a false grip is fine. While I agree that mine is a bit exaggerated, this is me after training gymnastics for 6 months. Whatever, I don't care what a bunch of youtube punks say.

  • @LittleBeastM You're right b/c you haven't posted a "progress" video yet. Sure, you lock out on some of your reps, but your form still isn't on par with geoffcraft's, but then again, you're not a gymnast so it's understandable. Like I said before, perfect your form and then you can start bragging again. The titles of your videos are quite misleading.

  • @zuevaxcy23 i always lock out fool.. who are you anyway.. you dont know shit of what i can do now

  • @LittleBeastM Lol! There you go bragging again especially since your form is not on par with geoffcraft's. The number of reps and the "kilos" of a weighted vest are inconsequential if you can not fully extend your arms and keep your feet parallel to your head because in ALL your so called "record setting" planche push up videos your feet are always slightly above your head. Stop bragging. Train harder. Perfect your form. Start bragging again.

  • @zuevaxcy23

Lol me and him go far back.. why would i be jealous i can do 20 planche push ups straight..

even with 20 kilo weighted vest.. and full planche with 20kilo weighted vest. i have improved my planche alot.. me and him is cool now

  • @LittleBeastM The comments section in this video "TheSupersaiyan - Full Planche push up on dips bar - amazing upper body strength"

Sorry I meant "jealous". It's a good thing you were ashamed and deleted the comments from VassTheSuperSaiyan's video because they were an eye sore.

  • @zuevaxcy23 Brag lol?

  • @hellothereimasian You're mistaken. Big Dave (his name is an oxymoron) is about 5'6'' mentioned somewhere in the comments. in the description:

A video documenting my unending struggle against weakness and being small. After all, life's too short.

there's this guy names littlbeastm and likes to brag about his planche that he weighs 220 pounds and is 6+ feet but his form is not very good.

Geoffcraft is the best example of a big guy doing a perfect planche.

  • close your eyes @0:11 LOL

    Pull out...Squeeze it.....YYEEEAAAAAA
