First great toe joint replacement - "Primus" Implant

This is a Patient who has had first great toe joint pain and swelling for 10+ years. He is only in his 40s so fusing the joint and staying off his feet for 3 months was not an option. The "Primus" first great toe joint implant allows patients to be back in shoes between 2-3 weeks.
