This is a basketball offense called 1-3-1. The good thing about this play is the fact that you can keep going through the play until a quality opportunity to score the basketball is available. This can really be effective against a zone and man-to-man defense. Patience is key with using this play.
When the ball goes to the short corner, have the 3 man drive through first, then have the wing cutter, then have the 3 man refill high to take advantage of the defense who will draw to the wing cutter. It is open frequently. another nice option is the entry pass to the high post, face, backdoor cutter or the short corner slip.

I think this is a great basic concept for youth basketball teams that's very easy to understand.

My note - unless you are blessed to have the likes of a Howard or Gasol to play the 5 position you probably want your 4 running the baseline. I'd even seriously consider putting your 4/5 player on the nail too.
