He lost me during a interview on TV where he WOULD NOT condemnd the 9/11 mass-murering Jihadists as invalid Muslims. he told the host that the Quran does not allowing Muslims to Judge other Muslims and that is Allah's job. From that I take his tacit approval by the failure to condemn it and take a stance
as CAIR has done to admit they are Muslims but "Misunderestanders" of the true Quran and peaceful islam.Condemning abuse towards Femalesmeans nothing if I do squat when I see it .

I like this man, and he seems to be sincere in his intentions, but i'm afraid the Islamic scriptures & texts seem to disagree with him. Utterly. According to the Qur'an and devout/pious Muslims he is considered nothing more than a munafiq (hypocrite) and a kuffar. Jasser and so -called moderates like him need to realize that half a muslim is worse than a kafir in the eyes of the God of the faith that he claims to love.
The "elephant in the room" my friend is the legacy of Muhammadan Islam.
