So, what was it when it didn't start?

Dust in the safety shut off, it was shorting out (same as pushing the button in to turn it off).

Thanks for the walk around man, about 3yrs ago i spent 12months running a Powerscreen of the shaker variety, like Dave said with the piano wire, man i would have given anything for a trommel, the shaker was a constant pain in the ass to clean....LOL...
