Buy a PS3, buy the game, play the game, stretch as long as possible, then report your length to Girl (a much, much bigger, pinker version of you) to help grow her to the next planet. So far she's grown to Jupiter and Saturn's next, but you have the help of the millions playing the game.

I swear, and I'm not even joking, this is the greatest game I have ever had the privilege to play. I bought it for fun when my buddy was over (it's only 5 bucks) and I had some of the most fun, laughs and wtf's I've ever had with a game before. Maybe it's not for everyone, but you should definitely check it out if you or your friend owns a PS3.
