Think of a handgun as merely a self-defense lead pellet injection tool - albeit of a relatively large "pellet". Makes it sound a lot less threatening.

It's also a helluva lot easier than inserting those lead pellets manually into your attacker!

Fear? No. I have personal responsibility for my own safety. The police,by there very nature are reactive.Meaning, they only come after or (if you are lucky) while the crime is being committed.

dude there *should be NO reason* to kill other human being... not money, not oil, not land, not power, not NOTHING.

But humans are still in a very early stage, soon they will realize they have to grow to protect each other like any normal animal does by instinct for his own kind (except some rare cases).

I love firearms but I have the opinion that not everybody should have one... even for personal defence...

why? cause most of those people who own a gun dont have the training necessary to maintain it correctly...

also it can increase accidents + some people if offended or angry wont use it for 'personal defense' but as a way to let out their frustration...
