A lot of peopledon't know this but, when you construct your schedule, make sure to: Leave at least 48 hours between weight workouts of the same body parts. Your muscles need time to recover and repair themselves after a workout. Take 1 day each week to rest with no formal exercise. Warm up for 5 minutes before starting to exercise, either through a light jog, riding on a stationary bike, jumping rope, or doing slow jumping jacks.

  • Hi hi! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister got really defined Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • @lilsaresare if u want to look "toned" u need to lose fat there is no form of spot fat removal bar surgery to get that "toned" look u need to lower your overall body fat this is done through a calorie deficit diet and 30 minutes of cardio a day

  • hay ive been doing all difrent abb work out trianing but none of them seemed to shap my abbs just bild mussel and its startting to make me look fat instead of toned or anything is there anything i can do that will help me shap my abbs ?
