Wide grip push ups and wide grip muscle ups + dips with accent on the chest. That's the way it is :)

Think about it, if you compare push-ups with bench press, they are the same thing except push ups is just your body weight and bench press you can add weight. You do the same movement; on bench press, you push the bar far away from you but with push ups, you push the floor away from you & the same goes for the pushups, wide push ups work more of your chest and closer pushups (diamond pushups) work more triceps & thats why pushups help increase reps and weight on the bench press. Great excercise!

Work on your rear delts so they dont hunch forward. This way your shoulders will get pulled back a little since the front and rear delts are balanced, therefore your chest will "widen" out. Just a theory. What do you twins think?
