When Philip is around, Shotaro probably won't be too far behind. In this case, he was released at the same time, no waiting required to get your hands on the dynamic duo. How does Shotaro compare to Philip and his Rider self? In short, he's not really worth it either.

Overall, Shotaro is a little bit more justified than Philip, considering he's the actual Rider for everything except FangJoker, but even so, he's still not worth the high price tag. Like Philip, if you can find him for cheap, and you like the style, go for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't invest too much money into these two. CycloneJoker is still the best of the line, not that the competition is too high right now. Recommended.
