When I make 'em up they end up pretty simple! Here's what I did:

Intro: C G7 C

Verse 1: C G7 / C F / C Fm G7 / C (G7)

Verse 2: C G7 / C F / C Fm G7 / C (B7)

Bridge 1: Em B7 Em / G D7 Fm G7

Then repeat for Verse 3, 4, Bridge 2

Last verse: C G7 / C F / C Fm G7 / C G7 / C C+F7 C

Of course this is just a composite of the Horsefeathers version, where all 4 of the bros contribute. Have fun!

A new ukulele? An Ovation?

Great song, warming delivery ( and dare I say... I think you suit dark colors) and what's this! A washboard against the wall behind you?

Actually I've had the Applause ("by Ovation") uke almost as long as the Flea, which it replaced as my carrying-around-in-a-backpack uke, but I rarely play it on video. Nice solid little instrument and nearly completely plastic.

The washboard has always been there--I don't have any occasion for playing, but I am stocked up on thimbles, so I'm ready....

Dark colors--I do have a rather pronounced need for shades that don't show the dirt!!!! (AND btw, thank you!)
