Why does America Get Loads of Schindler Escalators? I've only found 8, and they're only in Glasgow, Scotland. I have to Suffer Kones and Orenstein and Kopel Escalators.

I like the way these onse are set up thats how boscovs at monroville mall is but they are old escalators from the 70s. I like the side by side escaltors too like the JCPenny at monroville mall

Yes, I know, and I wonder what would happen if all of a sudden, ThyssenKrupp took over the escalator/moving walk market? That would be interesting.

Yes, it used to be Montgomery and Otis Escalator, but now Schindler is taking over, and there are very few Dover/ThyssenKrupp escalators in existence.
