I love this show i grew up with it but i never got why seeing how it was made in english why the torrent was in bulagarian(not putting it down its great that they had it in different languages.). Well at least i can DVR it hahah

I don't get why it bothers you so much. Regardless of how poor the country is the children there deserve entertainment. I'm sure Franklin is translated in languages other than Bulgarian. Also you may want to educate yourself a little, Bulgaria was one of the first countries in Europe and has lots to offer. And by the way France (I assume that's where your ignorant rear come from/live) doesn't have a great rep around the world either.
