This video is from Peter Stevens who has been working with electrolytic capacitors (including what are commonly called "Joe Cells" or "Joes Cells"), magnetics and other technologies over the past 20 or so years.

Further testing is warranted as this demonstrates some anomalous magnetic affects when working with magnetic fields through a wire curved into an infinity loop.
