Flying in the drain behind home. Needed a fix after work, so the mugi evo is the aircraft of choice again......mainly because it's unbreakable!

  • @sking0369 : Thanks mate :) I surprised myself with that too. That was not long after I learnt to fly, when you usually try and avoid solid objects.

  • You flew through that tree at 2:47 and 3:18. I can't seem to fly into trees and keep flying, good work.

  • Oh, forgot to mention the setup. It's powered by an E-Flight 1800KV outrunner, mounted to a roughly shaped balsa block. The motor is turning a 7x5 APCe propellor and fed by a 'mystery' 30A ESC, 2200mAh 20C LiPo.

    Motor = AU$ 13.00 (wattsuprc)

    ESC = $AU 23.00 (ebay)

    Prop = $AU 5.00 (toyworld)

    Batt = $AU 55.00 (ebay)

  • Hi Drakept,

    Sorry for the delay. I use a "DVR 5-in-1" camera. 128MB onboard memory for about 5m 30s recording. Mounting was simple, just cut a hole in the coroflute, and jam the camera in :) Nothing flash, but does the job.

  • Great! What setup do you have and what camera?
