He also finds that the dryer vent is not sealed which put moisture into the attic which causes mold and fungugs growth.

  • Plus dryer vent material is flameable.

  • @certainty09 is this true I have seen qualified inspectors say replace half the roof and leave the other ..... are you kidding me, althouigh this was a good thing it got caught before it gets out of hand (Home inspections are not guarenteed at all! Just a simple guide to getting started in the home you choose) Some times you can find a good inspector but where i am from they arn't that great!
