no wait, that dosen`t make sense, sherlock made the phonecall before the guy " fell" out of the window. gues the ambulance is just slow then. or lestrade took his time calling for an ambulance.

just how long does it take for an ambulance to arrive in the UK? it was light outside when he "fell" out of the window, but it`s dark when the ambulance drives away. maybe it`s because sherlock draged him up and tossed him out again, a couple of times XD.
somehow i`ve got a picture of shelock going " latters" when he rolls him out the window, stuck in my head XD

I just realized that the window must either have been open already or Sherlock opened it before he threw the guy out. If the latter, at least Sherlock didn't want to destroy Mrs. Hudson's window while he avenged her.
