1. With intent to cause physical injury (PI) to another person, he causes such injury
2. He recklessly causes PI to another person
3. With criminal negligence, he causes PI to another person by means of a deadly weapon ot a dangerous instrument.
Covering your camera lens and asking you to leave is not assault. Adding BRUTALITY to the tags just shows how pathetic you are.
