DONT RENT HERE!!! PINE FOREST APTS. NO HOT WATER!!! PART-1

PINE FOREST APARTMENTS IN HOUSTON ON CLAY RD very horrible place to live. no hot water for over a year and its no joke!! mold inside many of the apartments, holes on the walls due to humidity, many wasp nest and spiders specially inside the empty apartments....yes, more than one wasp nest inside empty apartments; awful manager and by the way in a period of four months they had 3 different managers being fired for stealing money from the company; the two maintanance wont do their job but specially the short hispanic guy with the cap on his head who i kinda wanna say thanx to him for revealing most of the truth that's going on in that property including the truth about the actual manager stealing money from the property. deposit money. whenever they do turn on the old ass water heater(which it happens for one day every 2 or three months)twice it happened that it brakes down leaving the apartment smelling like gas and both times it happened in the afternoon. now i imagine if it would have happened at 3 or 4AM? a few people would have been dead due to the gas. how irresponsable can that management be?????????? and guess what?? that old water heater is still there with a red tag from the fire marshall to be fixed, tag is gone and the water heater is still off not fixed......no hot water.

Hot water is over rated, I mean really it is hot in Texas right? Who needs a hot shower when it is hot outside? Shame, shame, shame,  nice video I hope the residents called the health department.

Put the rent into an escrow account in the bank. DO NOT PAY LANDLORDS THE RENT. When THEY file for eviction for non-payment of rent & you BOTH go before a judge...you can show him this along with proof that your rent is in an escrow account until these problems have been fixed. Health & safety of families are a major concern, especially when it comes to landlords that are basically conning you out of basic housing that you are paying for.
