  • It would most definitely help, but a tap job should not substitute for proper medical treatment. Do not apply if the area is largely swollen for it may cut off the blood supply. Best used as a rehab treatment

  • i recently sprained my thumb in basketball. i want to tape it for my next game. would i use the contact or the non-contact taping?..taking into consideration that i do need my thumb to catch and shoot the ball.
