keg lift- Water filled keg.This is my first time lifting a keg.It seemed harder with the keg not being full because the water splashed around more.Next time i'll fill it to 160 lbs

  • Not impressive. Some overweight guy military pressing 150lb. Im 160 and can overhead press 100lb without having to bounce like a herp derp idiot.

  • @YoungSteve17 Lol if u knew any thing about keg lifting u would know that it's way harder than a bar! I've military pressed 225 x 8 and 275 x 1 with an olympic bar.Know what you're talking about before you comment!

  • Dude don't waste your time with water.You're way,way stronger than me.Fill it with sand,that'll get it up to over 200 lbs.Water makes it tough mostly for balance but at 160 lbs it still feels light.

  • I never took mine apart.Mine had a metal ball on the top as a seal,I took a screw driver and wedged the ball to the side while I filled it from a garden hose.Once I released the ball it sealed water tight and hasn't leaked yet.
