@soren123 The 100-400 will fit as does the 70-200 f/2.8 with hood reversed.

Try putting your long lens in the other way around. You'll find it less fiddly to get it in and out of the bag.

Just wondering, do you think that I could fit my Canon 100-400mm L lens in the bag with the hood reversed? If not, would the lens without the hood attached and the hood in another section work? Thanks very much.

It probably fit. My 200mm/f2.8 fit with hood attached.
