This was my NAR Level 2 Certification flight at Gumberts Field in Jackson, Michigan on December 8, 2007. The rocket being used is a stock LOC Doorknob in all of its primered glory. It used motor deploy of the the recovery system via 5.3g of BP. The rocket weighed 11lbs @ liftoff and reached roughly 1200 ft. The chute you see is a HALO chute. Thanks again to all at JMRC, Miller Motor Works, Art Upton & Jo-Anne Miller. Enjoy the sarcasm in the beginning ;)
